Our Story

This started with the search for a lined notebook, that had feint enough lines that I could use it with a very light pen or pencil. Lines that were feint enough that you could ignore them if you wanted, but still there when needed.

 

With every notebook I tried (and there were a lot!), the lines were always the most dominant and distracting feature on the page.

 

I believe lines should be there as a guide, not a rule.

 

I created our first notebooks for myself, and hoped that there might be others out there who were also looking for the same thing.

 

And so Jack & Bound was born!
